United Auto Workers was looking for a quality mid-size general contractor to provide design build services for their new Region 4 Headquarters in Lincolnshire, IL. Lake County Partners advised UAW that the right size quality design build contractor in Lake County was, Hezcorp Construction Services. The new 27,000 SF masonry and glass curtain wall building was developed on a five acre improvement and was constructed in 14 months. The building, when opened, served as a town hall meeting site for then Presidential hopeful Barack Obama.
